Hi, I'm Paige. Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at Base, a company I started more than a decade ago to solve a problem I was experiencing every day: trying to do it all as a founder, while secretly struggling to stay above water.
Since then, I’ve built a remote-first company that pairs fractional executive assistants with high-growth leaders and backs them with smart tech. I’ve raised venture capital, navigated M&A, and led a team through major transitions while raising three boys and moving our family from the U.S. to Spain.
Through it all, I’ve become obsessed with sustainable leadership. With designing systems that help us lead better, think more clearly, and live fuller lives - not just cross more off a to-do list. I believe delegation is not just a skill, it’s a mindset. One that can change the way you lead, scale, and show up in your business and life.
Today, I speak, write, and advise on delegation, startup leadership, founder identity, and building organizations that work for real people.
