Paige McPheely is a venture-backed founder, CEO, Board Chairman, and operator with 11 years of experience leading Base, a remote-first company helping business leaders delegate smarter and build better support systems by matching them with not just any executive assistant, but the right executive assistant. She started Base to solve a problem she lived every day: the invisible, unsustainable workload leaders carry while trying to scale their companies. Since then, she's helped hundreds of founders, executives, and investors transform how they work with executive assistants. She's also a mom of three, a relocation veteran (now living in Spain), and a deeply relatable voice on topics like startup growth, burnout, and work-life integration. Paige regularly speaks on founder wellbeing, sustainable success, and the systems that make both possible.

Paige McPheely is a founder, CEO, and creative problem solver with a deep belief in the power of smart support.
She’s the CEO, Co-Founder, and Chairman of the Board of Base, the first software built specifically for Executive Assistants - and the only full-spectrum solution that blends tech, talent, and training to elevate the way leaders and EAs work together.
Paige’s journey began in 2013 when she co-founded 33Vincent, a remote executive assistant agency, with her longtime friend Casey Putschoegl. At a time when remote work was far from mainstream, they built a business that matched exceptional EAs with busy leaders across the country. As the business grew, so did Paige’s insight into what was missing: tools, infrastructure, and community built for the people behind the scenes making everything run.
That insight led to the launch of Base in 2019 - a venture-backed software company reshaping how Executive Assistants organize, communicate, and lead in their roles. Under Paige’s leadership, Base has supported thousands of EAs at companies like Loom, Indeed, and Terminus, and in 2022, 33Vincent and Base officially merged to form the only tech-enabled EA platform of its kind.
A creative thinker and trusted advisor, Paige brings a founder’s perspective to the conversation around leadership, delegation, and sustainable growth. She’s passionate about helping leaders build the kind of support systems that allow them to operate at their highest and best use. Not just to go faster, but to lead better.
Having lived in several cities across the USA, Paige now lives in Spain with her husband Matt and their three sons. She’s spent the last decade growing companies, raising and leveraging venture capital, running a family, advising other founders, and challenging the idea that success has to come at the cost of your mental and physical health.
